SDG 10: reducing inequality

At Ambius, we actively support UN SDG 10: reducing inequality. Through our diversity and inclusion policies, as well as our partnership with Stichting Zozijn, we deliver a concrete contribution toward fostering inclusivity and creating equal opportunities for all.

Stichting Zozijn provides specialized support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling lives within society. Our ongoing collaboration supports their mission by offering meaningful employment and participation opportunities in the workplace.

Our joint efforts focus on providing sustainable job opportunities and personal growth. At Ambius, clients from Zozijn work alongside our team on projects in our Greenhouse, developing practical skills and gaining valuable work experience.

We strive to maintain an environment where every individual feels valued and respected. By prioritizing diversity and inclusive leadership, we build a stronger, more resilient organization. Our policy focuses on eliminating discrimination, ensuring equal pay for equal work, and offering accessible opportunities to everyone. In our internal employee survey, 89% of our staff reported feeling understood and valued—a 3% increase compared to three years ago.
