SDG 10: reducing inequality

At Ambius, we actively support UN SDG 10: reducing inequality within and among countries. Through our diversity and inclusion policies, alongside our partnership with the Zozijn Foundation, we make a concrete contribution to fostering inclusivity and creating equal opportunities for all.

The Zozijn Foundation provides care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them lead full, independent lives within the community. Our partnership supports their mission and helps improve quality of life for this vulnerable group.

Our joint efforts focus on providing employment and development opportunities for Zozijn clients. At Ambius, we involve them in various projects, giving them the opportunity to build practical skills and gain valuable work experience in our greenhouse. This boosts their confidence and enables them to play a meaningful role in society.

We strive for an environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and heard. By prioritizing diversity and inclusive leadership, we strengthen our organisation and contribute to a fairer society. Our policies focus on eliminating discrimination, ensuring equal pay, and offering accessible development opportunities. Our most recent internal employee survey revealed that 89% of our workforce feels understood and valued - a 3% increase over the past three years.
