Stichting Zozijn supports people with intellectual disabilities, helping them lead full and meaningful lives within society. Our collaboration supports their mission and improves the living conditions of this vulnerable group.

Together, we focus on creating employment and development opportunities for Zozijn’s clients. At Ambius, they participate in various projects, gaining skills and valuable work experience in our Greenhouse. This builds their confidence and helps them take on meaningful roles in society.

We aim to create an environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and heard. By focusing on diversity and inclusive leadership, we strengthen our organization and contribute to a fairer society. Our policy targets the elimination of discrimination, ensures equal pay, and provides accessible opportunities for development. Recent surveys show that 89% of our employees feel understood and appreciated—a 3% increase compared to three years ago.
