SDG 7: affordable and clean energy

Ambius actively supports UN SDG 7: ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all. We do this by systematically transitioning our business operations and energy consumption towards cleaner, lower-carbon alternatives.

An important step in this process is greening and electrifying our fleet. Where electric transport was not immediately feasible, heavy goods vehicles were replaced by vehicle combinations powered by efficient Euro 6 engines. This transition directly reduces our emissions and underscores our commitment to low-emission transport solutions.

Our organisation maintains an active ambition to continually reduce operational CO₂ emissions from our business practices towards net zero. A concrete milestone within this strategy is our membership in EV100; a global initiative uniting businesses committed to accelerating the transition to electric vehicles. Within this framework, we are stepping up our efforts to achieve a fleet comprised entirely of ultra-low emission vehicles (ULEVs). Currently, 39% of our fleet is fully electric, a proportion we are steadily increasing.

Additionally, our facilities are equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting. This upgrade enhances our overall energy efficiency and reduces our carbon footprint by lowering total electricity consumption.

All of these efforts shrink our ecological footprint while delivering tangible benefits to our clients through responsible, energy-efficient workplace solutions.
