FAQs about vertical greenery
Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about greenwalls in business environments and how we can assist you further. Looking for tailored advice on interior planting for your company? Feel free to contact us!
A green wall, also known as a vertical garden, is a wall completely covered with living or artificial plants. It’s a creative way to bring nature into vertical spaces. These walls can be installed indoors or outdoors and are ideal for adding greenery to commercial environments.
Green walls enhance interior aesthetics and contribute to better acoustics by absorbing sound. They also have an insulating effect, helping to regulate temperature. Additionally, a green wall enhances the aesthetic appeal of your interior and creates a calming, inspiring atmosphere for employees and visitors alike.
Green walls are extremely versatile and suit almost any setting. Indoors, they are popular in offices, hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces. They can serve as a striking feature in a lobby or a decorative addition to a meeting room. Outdoors, they can enhance a building’s façade or create a green oasis on a terrace or in a garden.
Maintaining a vertical garden can be easily outsourced. We provide full maintenance services, including watering, pruning, feeding, and irrigation system checks. This ensures your green wall always looks its best without any effort on your part. For an artificial green wall, maintenance is minimal, with annual cleaning usually sufficient.
Green walls enhance interior aesthetics and contribute to better acoustics by absorbing sound. Popular choices include Epipremnum aureum (Scindapsus), Spathiphyllum (peace lily), and Philodendron scandens. Even areas with limited natural light can successfully host these walls with the use of special grow lights.
The cost of a green wall depends on factors such as size, plant selection, and the irrigation system. As each wall is custom-made, prices may vary. Please contact us for a personalised quote tailored to your budget and requirements.
