Greenery for atmosphere and interaction
We were invited to deliver the interior landscaping for the updated design scheme. The centerpiece of the concept was a striking moss wall, designed to complement the plans created by interior designer Lonneke Reijalt.
From design to delivery
The goal was to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere in a space dedicated to informal meetings and social interaction. This was achieved by replanting existing containers with species that better harmonized with the new interior scheme and by installing a custom moss wall feature corner.
The result
The meeting space now exudes warmth and a welcoming sense of comfort. The foliage and moss wall create a visually captivating, green environment where staff and visitors immediately feel welcome.
Research by Ambius and the University of Technology Sydney shows that, under controlled conditions, plants interact with volatile organic compounds such as petrol fumes.
In collaboration with the University of Groningen, Ambius discovered that workplace plants contribute to higher satisfaction, improved concentration, and positive support during daily task execution.
Research by Wageningen Environmental Research indicates that plants enhance the workplace experience, increase relative humidity, and support overall working comfort.
