An Urban Jungle in the Workplace

Xebia is an innovative IT consultancy renowned for its forward-thinking and energetic working environment. The office is a space where creativity and collaboration are central, and they wanted this reflected in the interior design as well.

Greenery for Atmosphere and Structure

For the refurbishment of the workspaces, we were tasked with designing a green interior that enhances the atmosphere while remaining functional. The challenge was to create an open, inspiring work environment within the existing layout of walls and furniture. The aim was to achieve a lively ‘urban jungle’ style: bold, dynamic, and in line with Xebia’s DNA.

From Concept to Realisation

Through a series of discussions with Xebia, we identified where greenery would have the greatest impact. This resulted in a planting plan that perfectly aligns with the office’s character and style.

Robust plant containers and large green plants were chosen to create the urban jungle feel. Mobile industrial-style plant walls provide subtle separation between work areas while maintaining openness.

The Result

The office spaces have been transformed into an inspiring environment where greenery, strong materials, and functional elements come together. The plants bring structure, calm, and reinforce the sense of openness. The outcome is a vibrant, distinctive ‘urban jungle’ that fully reflects Xebia’s unique identity.
