Telindus is a leading specialist in secure and intelligent IT platforms and is part of the Proximus Group. The company wanted to implement a new way of working and asked Ambius to explore how greenery could positively contribute to this transformation.
Greenery for Focus and Structure
With the redesign of the office landscape, there was a clear need for defined walkways and natural partitions, allowing employees to work calmly and with concentration. This was achieved through mobile planter boxes, planted with a consistent selection of greenery.
From Concept to Realisation
The planters serve a dual purpose: they create subtle divisions and areas of calm within the workspace while contributing to a healthy, relaxing environment thanks to the presence of plants.
The Result
The office landscape has been transformed into a pleasant, functional, and green environment. Employees benefit from improved focus and well-being, while the natural partitions provide structure and a fresh, inviting atmosphere.
Research by Ambius and the University of Technology Sydney shows that plants effectively help remove petrol fumes and other harmful pollutants from indoor air.
In collaboration with the University of Groningen, Ambius discovered that plants at work increases satisfaction, improves concentration, and boosts productivity by up to 15%.
Research by Wageningen Environmental Research shows that plants enhance workplace well-being, increase humidity levels, and help reduce absenteeism.
