MoneyMonk is a software provider focused on supporting self-employed entrepreneurs (freelancers) by managing their administration from start to finish. Their mission is to help entrepreneurs succeed by simplifying complex processes.
Greenery for Atmosphere and Focus
For the new office location, we were asked to develop a planting plan that adds atmosphere while contributing to a calm and productive workspace. Together with the architect, we designed playful clusters of plants with an industrial feel, reflecting the dynamic character of MoneyMonk.
From Concept to Realisation
The clusters were planted in teak wood containers, combining warmth with a bold, robust look. These natural partitions create a quieter workspace, helping employees stay focused while maintaining the openness of the office.
The Result
The workspaces have been transformed into an inspiring environment where greenery, natural materials, and a strong aesthetic come together. The plants provide structure, promote concentration, and reinforce MoneyMonk’s identity as a modern and approachable company.
Research by Ambius and the University of Technology Sydney shows that plants effectively help remove petrol fumes and other harmful pollutants from indoor air.
In collaboration with the University of Groningen, Ambius discovered that plants at work increases satisfaction, improves concentration, and boosts productivity by up to 15%.
Research by Wageningen Environmental Research shows that plants enhance workplace well-being, increase humidity levels, and help reduce absenteeism.
