Genmab

Sustainable design for a New Location

Genmab is a publicly listed international biotech company focused on developing antibody therapeutics for cancer. Due to significant growth, a new location was required. Several greenery providers were invited to present their ideas, and our interpretation of the brief was selected as the winning concept.

Greenery as a Unifying Element

A key requirement was that the planting concept seamlessly complemented the design by architectural firm Cepezed. In collaboration with Genmab’s contact team, we carefully selected trees that perfectly matched the intended character of the inner courtyard.

From Concept to Realisation

Thanks to the building’s high ceilings, vertical planting could be optimally used, creating a fully immersive green experience. The design balances functionality and aesthetics, establishing a natural, sustainable atmosphere aligned with Genmab’s identity.

The Result

The new location provides employees and visitors with an impressive green environment where structure, calm, and aesthetics come together. The inner courtyard radiates vitality and sustainability, enhancing the experience of Genmab’s innovative character.
