Robert Walters

The first office inspired by neuroscientific insights

Robert Walters is a leading international recruitment consultancy specializing in placing highly skilled professionals across sectors such as finance, IT, and marketing. What sets Robert Walters apart is that their recruiters often have direct experience in the fields they recruit for, enabling them to better assess cultural and professional fit.

Alongside their expertise in sourcing top talent, Robert Walters places strong emphasis on fostering a positive workplace environment by creating an office informed by neuroscientific insights. This workspace was designed to optimally support employee spatial experience and task focus. Utilizing these insights, they developed a working environment that provides tranquility, supports working comfort, and enhances the overall employee experience.

Ambius provided the interior landscaping for this project, installing over 700 plants. The greenery not only contributes to an attractive, prestigious space, but also creates an inviting and stimulating work environment. The result features a Tuscan-inspired garden, a vibrant green zone, and a tranquil yoga room.
